Taking the long way to find our new house is an understatement. Sold our house in the winter and needed to look for a new one before Christmas. Found one we liked......with let's just say a laundry list of issues to address and hoops to jump through. Topped it off with a closing and move during the blizzard. I've worked with many different real estate agents before, and you can tell when they are just working for a commission. They give you a handful of options and basically push you to make a decision quickly. Not Andrea. Andrea worked with us for weeks and weeks tirelessly until we found the right investment property that met ALL our needs. Having had herself previous experience in managing investment properties, Andrea's insights were very much appreciated and kept us focused on our targets. When things were not in our favor, she would advise us to be patient and wait for the next opportunity. She also helped tremendously negotiating with contractors to get repair estimates and include them as seller's reimbursement. After settlement she continued to follow up with the contractors, and helped us through the rental process until we got a tenant in the house....in a matter of days!!!!
